My experience at the hotel was quite disappointing. While the property had a lovely appearance and the gardens were beautiful, the lack of professional service really overshadowed our stay. The rooms did not match what we were promised, and there were several maintenance issues that need addressing. It felt like the place has potential, but it's not quite there yet.
